Its application link is live now and will remain active till 11th Feb 2023. This post comes with a pay scale of 14000-60,500. Assam Jail Warder Recruitment 2023
It is to be understood that only online applications will be accepted and no fee will be required to pay for the application. Both male and female candidates fulfilling the eligibility are welcome to submit their applications. After submitting the same the conducting authority will invite the applicants for PET/PST where all the invitees have to appear with their required documents.

Assam Jail Warder Recruitment Eligibility
Age: 18 to 40 years (Relaxation for reserved category applicable)
Education: HSSLC
Physical Standards: Minimum height for Male and female applicants of (Gen / OBC / MOBC / SC) is 162.5 and 144.5 cm respectively. Whereas for male and female applicants of (ST (H) / ST (P)) is 160 and 142 cm respectively. Chest for male should not be less than 81 cm.

Assam Jail Warder Selection Process
- First document verification and PET/PST will be done
- On qualifying, the first stage written exam will be conducted.
- After qualifying the second stage of the recruitment shortlisted applicants will be called for an oral test or VIVA.
- The final merit list will be based on all the stages of recruitment.
