NEET SEAT ALLOTMENT RESULT 2020 2nd Round final result (Out)

Neet Seat Allotment result 2020 (OUT): After declaring the provisional seat allotment result for 2nd round today on 30th Nov. MCC has released final seat allotment result of 2nd round. Seat allotment letter for such candidates is also available to download. Such candidates need to report to the concerned institutes as per schedule available in the portal. Earlier, MCC has released the first round final counselling result for NEET 15% seats for AIQ/Deemed/central universities/AIIMS & JIPMER (MBBS/BDS) on 7th November 2020, and those who have allotted seats in the first round their seat allotment letter were also released by the authority.

Those who have been selected in the 2nd round have to report to the college they have allotted and complete the admission procedure. Keep in mind that these seat allotments are only for 15% AIQ seats while the rest 85% seat allotment will be done later by the respective states. Below we have given the revised counselling schedule which was released by MCC

Post process of NEET 2020 seat allotment result

Once the NEET 2020 seat allotment result has been declared as per schedule, after that it’s now totally up to candidates whether they opt for the college allotted to them or not.

If you are satisfied with the college allotted then, in that case, candidates have to report to the concerned college with all necessary documents and for that, you have 7 days after the declaration of NEET Seat allotment result. During the admission process candidates also have to undergo a medical test to check whether they are medically fit or not to pursue the course or not.

What if candidates doesn’t want to opt seat allotted?

If a candidate is not satisfied with the seat allotted in NEET 2020 seat allotment result then they do not need to report to the college because it’s a free exit in round 1 and they can appear for round 2 and for that they do not need register again but have to fill the fresh choice of college available.

If a candidates want to hold seat allotted in 1st round and wanted to participate in round 2

In this case, candidates have to report to the college allotted in round 1 and have to join it physically, and have to give up-gradation willingness for round 2 at the time of admission.

Documents required for NEET 2020 Counselling

If candidates opt for the college which they allotted during the NEET 2020 seat allotment result then they have to report to the college allotted with important documents whose details are given below:

  1. NEET admit card
  2. NEET UG Scorecard
  3. 10th class certificate or birth certificate
  4. 12th class certificate and marksheet
  5. Category certificate if any
  6. Passport size photograph (8 copy) and should be the same as affixed in NEET application
  7. Seat allotment letter
  8. Photo identification proof (Aadhaar card/ Voter ID/ driving license)
  9. PWD certificate (if any)

Once NEET 2nd round seat allotment result process completed after that candidates can register for mop round of NEET counselling which will commence from 10th Dec. but there are some eligibility criteria for that and one who fulfills such criteria can register for the mop round counselling and the details for the same is given below:

  • Those who have registered and did not get any seat in a round 2 of NEET counselling
  • Those who got the seats under reserved quota but it was canceled due to documents verification while reporting for admission will also be considered for round 2 with changed category
  • Those who have reported to the college allotted but also submitted their willingness up-gradation as yes during the admission
  • Such candidates who have been allotted seats but did not consider
  • Those who have resigned from the seat allotted during the first round
