NIMCET Seat allotment result first round: National institute of technology Raipur has released the revised counselling schedule for NIMCET 2020 and according to it, NIMCET 1st seat allotment result will be out on 26th Nov 2020. Students who had cleared their NIMCET examination successfully had submitted their choice filling and documents were also uploaded by them and now they all are waiting for the first seat allotment result which will be available on the official website of NIMCET. NIMCET first seat allotment result can also be accessed from this page once it was available.

Update: NIMCET first seat allotment result has been delayed and the authority hasn’t released any notice regarding it. Stay tuned for further updates.


NIMCET seat allotment result 2020 1st round

Seats will be allotted to applicants as per choice submitted by them during the choice filling and the seats allotted are provisional and based on the rank of the applicants, preference submitted, and category of the applicants. 

Those who have been allotted seat can exercise two option which we have given below:

Option 1: If they want to finalize the seat allotted to them and wish to join the college then their higher preference will not be considered for the subsequent round of counselling.

Option 2: Candidates wish to be considered for the next round of counselling with all their higher preferences.

Candidates who will exercise option-1 will received a provisional admission letter and those who exercise option-2 will received upgradation letter.

NIMCET 2020 Seat allotment result process

If candidates have exercised option 2 in the first round of allotment then the seat will be allotted to them in the second round and the seat allotted in the first round will stand canceled if he/she wish to:

  • Accept the seat and exercise option 1 and take the provisional admission letter
  • Or will be considered for upgradation in the subsequent round if exercised option-2

NIMCET seat allotment result 2020

Applicants who have been allotted seats in the first two rounds need to login to the account and have to pay an initial fee of Rs. 10,000/- through online payment gateway and thereafter can generate their seat allotment letter.

Those who have been allotted seats in the first round need to verify their documents online as per schedule, at the allotted participating NIT.

If any discrepancy was found in the uploaded documents then applicants will be communicated via call or email and he/she need to resolve the issue by the last day of the round.
