Once the examination center allotted to students will not be changed at all but in some exception condition NCERT will accept its request and for that applicant need to submit a written request at least 15 days before the examination.

For each correct answer applicant will be awarded one mark but there is no negative marking scheme in the examination but students must refrain from blind guessing.
