Uttarakhand HNBUMU MLHP/CHO admit card 2021 out on 28 December after 4 PM at hnbumu official website: Applicants who have successfully submitted their HNBUMU MLHP (Mid Level Health provide)/CHO (community health officer) application may download their hall ticket from 28 December which will be uploaded online at authority portal. Applicants have to provide their required details in order to download their respective hall tickets. The Uttarakhand HNBUMU MLHP/CHO exam is scheduled to be held on 3 January 2022 at designated examination centers.

As the admit card will be uploaded online only so no hard copy will be sent to any applicants. It is must for all that they must download their hall ticket on the given day. Hall ticket will also be shared here once available.
- The said examination will be conducted on 3rd January 2022 from 11 am to 1 pm.
- The examination will be of objective type and the applicant needs to choose the correct option of the given question.
- There will be a total of 100 question.
- Exam will be conducted in offline mode at Dehradun and Haldwani only.
- Each question will be of 1 mark.

How to download Uttarakhand HNBUMU MLHP/CHO Admit Card 2021?

Open the HNBUMU portal http://www.hnbumu.ac.in/
Tap the CHO/MLHP link on the home page.
A new page will open where you will get the admit card link on the menu bar
Once you tap on it, a login portal will appear
In this, you need to enter your login details as received during the form submission.
Once you submit the required details your hall ticket will appear on your screen.
Check the details mentioned in it thoroughly and take out its printout as per your convenience.
Applicants must bring admit card hard copy to the exam center along with one ID proof.
Mobile, study material or other types of gadets or Bluetooth devices are not allowed to the exam centers.
